After a very poor start with the store manager who gave us the wrong price and then made no effort to find the tiles we wanted, we were served the second time by Saj the young assistant who was awesome. He couldn’t do enough to help us and was friendly and professional. We left with absolutely everything we needed! Thank you Saj

Disgraceful customer service by Kirti and Mohammed, let alone helping customers they are not even wearing their facemask properly. Rude and aggressive behaviour definitely not recommended, not sure how topps tiles are letting staff work with this sort of behaviour. Raising a dispute with these guys means them raising their voice at you. Trying to explain to me that the tiles must be checked within 24 hours of the delivery or collection.. What about if the builders are coming within 48 hours? Vile behaviour during these difficult times, rather than helping their customers they're trying to get aggressive and defensive.
