Helpful staff and fast service. Tiles delivered with no issues. Had to take a box and a box minus one tile back could only get refunded in the full box not the individual stores fault but stupid as I could have bought a single tile. Worked out an expensive mistake. So rated low because of the lack of return due to the box being 1/14 short

Ordered tiles online for collection in 1 week, no communication at all so assumed all was fine, rung to check they we're in, not arriving for another week. Poor service. Went to an smaller store up the road, had them there and then.

Went in to get some backing sheets for mosaic tiles this morning , 2 really helpful and pleasant members of staff , they really tried to help and not just sell me something and get me out of the shop , thumbs up to you 👍

I came here to find a specific colour of tile, a man with short hair and glasses came up and had no intentions of helping me, I informed him I would sign up if I needed to (as it’s the COVID period and needed a trade account), but only if they had this specific tile, the man didn’t even look at the tile colour and stated they wouldn’t have that type of tile and that I should look somewhere else. Great service.... very lazy.

Sharon and Dan are amazing - so helpful helping me track down out of stock tiles and calling me to keep me updated. So impressed by the customer service - they go above and beyond to help
