Disastrous place rude staff and haven’t got a clue about customer service or square meterage. I asked the young light coloured hair guy a price for square meter and he said £15 when that was the price of a tile. And when I pointed out that this wasn’t correct and now the tile will be worth more than the one I was comparing against , he became rude when he got found out to be an empty dummy of a child. I asked why the price is £1400 he seemed to forget that delivery was £200. When I asked for a price breakdown he became angry and started to shout from behind the counter how the price is broken down. When I told him it’s not correct to talk to people like that and I’m a customer only asking for an explanation he started to bounce around behind the desk and saying that he said it in an abrupt manner cause I didn’t understand , I still said I don’t care about the money I’d pay £10k if needed but I don’t want to be mugged so I need an explanation His answer was “ you can pay £10K and you are asking for a discount?” That remark just explains what kind of people they have working there. I won’t employ this man to run a bath let alone a shop floor. And by the way this was said to a customer who went in for ten minutes and ordered circa £1400 of tiles from a boy who isn’t half my age Disgusted to say the least. Never ever again I’d avoid at all cost. And for the lady that is working there, I feel sorry for you having to carry retards around all day, them shoulders must really hurt .

Excellent service from the lovely Becky when we bought tiles on Monday and Robbie when we went a second time to return unused tiles on Thursday - could not have been more helpful

Took money for stock that was not available. Said i can only get a refund on line. 5 days later no money, when called customer service was told i had to back to the shop where they refused to do it. no one seems to know what they are doing and no one cares. now have to wait to get my money. Joke!!!!

I have been recommending Topps Tiles to all my clients for the last 4 years I when to get a silicone at 5:30pm and they told sorry we close, I said please I needed, 3 guys there sitting in the phones and they didn’t sell me a silicon.
