Amazing staff who know there stuff and were very helpful.great place for getting stuff that can sometimes be hard to get. We bought an axe which was well priced and has lasted the work it needed to do and probably the next ten years too. Worth a visit

Brilliant place. Lots of good prices. Staff aren't too bad. Sometimes it can be hard to smile every day to customers, especially the ones who go in here without a clue. The staff are friendly with them and give them there time of day.

Julie went above and beyond to help me out very happy with her service it was 1st class highly recommend Toolstation to all my friends and family because how Julie served me will be using Toolstation a lot more in the future rather than other competitive stores because of her service I’m one happy customer thank you Julie

Used this Toolstation a few times. Click and collect is a doddle and conveniently located on the industrial estate with Screwfix opposite

I'm a regular customer to toolstation spend a lot of money each year was in there Friday the 26th April 2019 in the morning walks in my head is banging from the flu and radio is blasting so I turned it down and the guy behind the counter says what are u doing so I said the radio is to loud and my head is banging he said its for the customers which is what I am and turned it back up very bad customer service to me from Chris cardiff

I love this place. The prices are superb, the stock is there or next day if not on the shelf. But the thing I like the most is the Service Level. I generally have an idea of what I need and why, I am not a tradesman so am not familiar with the right terminology. However if you need to know something ask for Jules, she has helped me so much with my lack of knowledge and she has not steered me wrong. I am always impressed when someone can share their knowledge with me. Thank you Toolstation Pontypridd & a massive thanks to Jules for helping me to get the right items everytime.

Always found the staff to be pleasant and very competent. We usually book online for us to pick up. This has always been very straight forward and we have never had any problems with this method of buying. Highly recommend this branch
