Went in today, great experience Jake was super friendly, well presented and professional. The item I looked for was not in stock, but an alternative was available. Appalling shocking service received from Sally the lady was absolutely not patience, every single question has been asking to her, she said l don’t know, it’s not my issue. Absolute shambles of a company. Ridiculous attitude and completely unhelpful

I shop a lot with Tools Station. It is my main Station for my multiple daily journeys. I really like it, and the staff serving there. They gradually become like family to you, you cant start your day without their good morning and can't end the day without their good night. They all work tirelessly, self-denyingly, and always kindly. I think they deserve to be told we are grateful. Thank you Stephen, thank you Andrew, thank you Kevin, thank you Jake.

Yet again a wonderfully professional, efficient, friendly and relaxed experience at Toolstation overall, and the great people at Oxford Cowley in particular.; today it was Stephen helpful as ever. I always feel welcome there and nothing is too much trouble - sadly can't say the same for the 'other place'.
