Toolstation Leeds Elland Road leeds

Extremely helpful. There’s a new member of staff there who served me (Agnes I think) who had the biggest smile and friendliest customer service. The shop is spotless and the service is 1st class. I will always go there from now on

Hands down the most helpful Toolstation and DIY store I've been too. I believe a lady called Agnes or Agis served me. She was so helpful and professional. It was nice to see she enjoyed what she did and guided me in the right direction with what I needed.

I use Toolstation Elland Road Leeds quite often and always receive excellent customer service with a smile. I use many other branches too where I can always take for granted the service will be equally as outstanding. However, I consider Elland Road to be my go to branch and will sometimes even go out of my way to use it. The staff there know me by name and I always get a warm welcome. The whole awesome shopper experience there is a credit Sam the manager and her team. I use Toolstation almost everyday and sometimes more than once for both my business as a self employed electrician and for the usual general DIY projects. I consider Toolstation to be a great asset to my business the website is great for ordering materials out of hours and when I get a text notification first thing in the morning saying my order is ready for collection, it invariably starts the day off well. Local Leeds branch of national chain Toolstation. Wide selection of building and DIY materials and tools available at very reasonable prices. Staff are both polite and also very helpful. Bit easier to find than the other Leeds branch of Toolstation.

Called to Elland road store yesterday, After not being able to source what I needed from the Pudsey store and not feeling very welcome as a customer in Pudsey. Was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Sam and her colleague (Craig). Nothing was too much trouble they managed to source the item for me even with the vague description I gave. Felt very welcome and valued here they took the time to talk to me and ensure I was happy. All in all an excellent experience and I will be sure to visit again. A massive thank you to Sam and Craig. A credit to tool station!!

Been a regular at this branch for a long time - very quick in processing orders. Sam the manager is absolutely iovely, such a sweet lady & always happy to help :) Showers me in a sparkle of positive joy every time I visit :D Stock levels are always good & well managed in this branch. PS : Craig at this branch is brilliant for problem solving / product knowledge.

So after a rude interaction with a staff member at the Seacroft store I believe to be Ryan, I decided to go to Elland Road store to which a staff member by the name of Sam went above and beyond her job role to ensure I could source the materials I needed for work. Which after a long time being furloughed was important. Tool station as a whole are brilliant 👏
