Witnessed a member of staff verbally abusing a customer for not wearing a mask. The customer should have been masked as per govt guidelines but there’s a way of dealing with these things. This is made worse by the fact I’d just come from their Possilpark branch where none of the Toolstation staff were wearing masks. This despite them literally standing behind signs saying customers must wear masks because the staff are. This isn’t just a point about masking. I found the general staff attitude in this store as if we the customers were intruding upon them. Much room for improvement.

I was in the store this morning and another customer was attempting to buy bird spikes. The girl on the counter was trying to explain there are still Covid procedures in store and this gentlemen's attitude towards the female member of staff was nothing short of shocking. I use this branch regularly and always find the staff to be courteous and polite and always willing to help. Don't let these individuals put you down. Keep up the good work team.
