I have used this post office as my main post office for quite some time now and have always been greeted by a lovely woman however it really is luck of the draw. You risk the chance of bumping into the rudest woman you will ever meet who literally screams at you even if there are other customers in the shop too. How embarrassing and anxiety provoking! I will no longer be using the post office as i would prefer and feel safer to drive the extra 2 minutes and use the post office in Church Village. The chance of having that woman serving me again is too much. I am absolutely appalled at the service provided by her. Such a shame as the others are lovely.

Lovely selection of items but there is one member of staff who speaks in a passively condescending tone when you are unsure about something, she even shut down my conversation and told me to leave when asking her about COVID-test packages (they don't mail them so I was asking for advice) without even so much as an apology. However the rest of the staff are seem very friendly and want to help.
