T&G Harrow used to be great place , it changed to worst after moving to High street. Lot of good staff went. New staff is a bit rude, I had a young girl shampoo my hair and she was very rough and seems like she didn't care..about service. She needs proper training. They used hair dryer on my hair and setting almost burnt my hair at that hot. I m looking for different place. What a shame.

Great service and staff. I was new to the area and visited here for the first time. I was a previous visitor to another Tony and Guy and it was great to know that the level of professionalism remains the same across the board.

Amazing! This was my first time using Toni & Guy and they really do go the extra mile. I'd had a bad experience prior to coming to this salon, they'd knocked my confidence quite a bit, where getting my hair coloured was concerned. Ian was really attentive throughout the process and his attention to detail is second to none. The balyage he gave me was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this salon, the team genuinely care and it shows. Thank you, Toni & Guy Harrow!

So happy with the service I received, this was my first trip to Tony & Guy. I needed a change from my hairdressers of 10 years or more. Ian, the Technical Director was amazing, he explained every stage of my hair colour and treatments, never had this explained before. Dimi, I have never seen anyone cut hair like you did mine, and managed to retain most of the length at the same time. The calm and relaxing environment was perfect for me and I will be returning one hundred percent.
