Toni & Guy cambridge

Went there with long hair and have asked a cut to the shoulders length. I work with people in senior management positions so I needed a refreshed look. I have agreed to have the hair shorter at the back and longer at the front, however the end result is a hairstyle perfect for 6+ or 70+. It is nowhere near my shoulders length but barely touching the base of my neck. It looks messy with various lengths. I feel like the person experimented on my head and clearly did not know what is she doing. Same day of my cut, my hair looked dirty, sticky and in need of a wash. Never I had this experience before. I am very embarrassed of the end result and stressed. Nobody liked the hair cut, they even smirked while looking at me. I am definitely not going back and will impatiently wait for another 6 months before I can go to another hairsaloon for a fix. :(((

I'm so devastated after visiting this salon last night I can't actually sleep. I agreed to be a model for an assessment on Friday but she's attempted to give a much shorter cut than we discussed. I now have an asymmetrical cut that looks so bad I don't know how I'm going to make it look good for work tomorrow I'm so embarrassed, as if my confidence needs anymore knocks. I really hope I get a back later today as promised as I can't walk around like this for long, and it's a terrible advert for Toni and Guy.

I paid for my boyfriend to get a haircut here. He never gets hair cuts because no one can cut his hair the way he likes it or a way that makes it look great too, even though he has nice hair it’s just a bit finer. He explicitly showed the hairdresser a picture of what he wanted and said don’t cut the top too short. She exceeded to take off way more than was reasonable in comparison to the picture. He could’ve paid 20 pounds for the same hair cut in some dirty hole, but had to pay 52 pounds for the full price cut. To top it off she said well it will be better “next time.” This was apparently the artistic director here, and she did an absolutely horrific job compared to what he showed her and explained to her. There will not be a next time, and will not be giving any Toni and Guy salon a visit anywhere.

I went here as a new customer for a cut and colour. The cut was awful and the lady clearly just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. The colour was fine at the time but faded in about 2 weeks. I returned for a second attempt but had similar results. Have gone back to my previous hairdresser (in London!). Go somewhere else!

I normally go to my local barbers but came here before a wedding. My gf loved the cut they gave me.

The whole experience was not worth the price tag! I suffer with confidence issues and having received a poor quality haircut, made it a lot worse. The cut was 50% shorter on the fringe than I had asked for and when I called this morning and left a message no one was bothered about retaining my business. I have been with Toni and Guy on/off for the past 6 years and never had an issue, until now.

Everyone at the salon was friendly and professional. Claire made excellent suggestions as to how I should style my hair and I was so pleased with the finished result. Will definitely be returning.

I had my hair cut and styled by Charlotte today and am so pleased with the result. She made me feel very pampered and I walked out of the salon feeling amazing.

Got my haircut from Myesha last year, it was the best haircut of my life!! She's just amazing and knows what she's doing! I can't wait to book my next appointment with her.

Had the best experience and best colour i've ever had by the owner. I'm SOO happy with it and the care he took over it. Clearly very professional and experienced and it's obvious they really care. Highly recommend
