My elderly mother has had to endure this practice for about one year. Thank goodness she is moving, and will benefit from a much better gp practice. So many issues- too many to list! If she mentioned the practice manager, things went more smoothly. So bad!

Brilliant! Although I didn't get to see my preferred doctor I was surprisingly shocked at how understanding and professional the doctor I got to see was. The quick book in system is a boon and I was seen to relatively quickly.

The best practice I have ever been to ...all the staff Drs, receptionists, district nurses nurse practitioners are professional, caring and supportive. I have never been refused an appointment on the day, had home visits for my mum and had calls to see how we were coping along with so much support and advice. The NHS is an amazing service thankyou all so very much

Worst doctors I have ever been with ever!! I would avoid at all costs! Receptionists are ignorant and not friendly at all, you can ring up the second it opens and still get told "no appointments call back tomorrow" They never even ask if it's an emergency. Cant wait to move so I can change from this awful doctors surgery!!!
