I visited Todd Doors Palmers, Green a few weeks ago. The showroom itself was very impressive with a vast selection of doors to choose from. My initial point of contact was Daniel. I also met with Kash and Alfie. All 3 of these gentleman were professional, polite and extremely helpful when I was choosing my doors. The particular doors I chose had to be ordered and I was kept updated of the delivery progress. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances. My deposit was returned without any fuss or complications which was a great relief to me. I would highly recommend this particular Branch as the overall experience was a very pleasant one. Used the Palmers Green store a few weeks ago to order a new kitchen door. Called beforehand to check availability, the lady was very efficient. Went into the store a few days later and dealt with Kash who was very welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. New door arrived following week. First class service all round - no need to ever go anywhere else for doors!

Excellent customer service from the team at Palmers Green who went above and beyond. My doors are beautiful and the quality is outstanding.

The guy that served us was so unprofessional that we knew their stock better then him. Terrible and disrespectful with cocky attitude, stay away from a blond young guy.
