Ordered 10 doors from their new branch in Twickenham ...very helpful staff from start to finish. Delighted with the doors, they look fantastic. Our door fitter was impressed with the quality.

None of the internal doors I required were in stock and the earliest date I could get them was 5 weeks later. I managed to get my internal doors ordered online through another company without any hassle and quick delivery

Very nice doors and accessories. They are of very good quality, convenient price and received as per schedule. The driver Mike is very helpful, professional and pleasant. I was given a call when he was on his way to me whit approximate time of his arrival which was fantastic as it gave me more flexibility and better use of my time on the day of delivery. From visiting the showroom and choosing our new doors, we are happy with the service and support we have received, the cherry on the top was when the doors were delivered today, Charles the delivery driver helped unload (11 heavy fire doors!) and made sure we was happy with everything. Excellent service from delivery driver Mike. Professional, efficient and friendly. He went above and beyond to deliver to an awkward space - all on his own! Duane was very helpful with our order - I look forward to when the carpenter can come and fit them as they looked excellent quality in the showroom.

I had delivery from Todd door and my other heavy goods from other company. Mark the delivery driver put my doors inside my extended kitchen from rear extension. Other driver from other company has refused to put my goods inside the house and left them outside. Mark has helped us out bring in all heavy stuff. Such a nice man. Hard working man. Great experience all the way until get delivery of my bifolding wooden doors.
