Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the carvery was exceptional value. However, we were forced to have a near cold shower in the morning- presumably, they ran out of hot water.

Fantastic place!!! We are from Florida and really enjoyed this. The food, people and atmosphere were great!

Great place food lovely very child friendly. And the staff very pleasent and helpfull.

We had been looking forward to sampling some toasts from Toby's Carvery from the day we arrived 6 days ago as they advertised the place as the Home of the Hog Roast. The meat was dry, the roast potatoes were overcooked and skin tough. Even the vegetables served at the Carvery were dried up. It was a sad dinner we had after a long drive from Cannich. Google informed us that the restaurant closes at 11pm. We made a reservation for 9pm. By 9 30pm the waiter informed us that the kitchen was closing and we would have to have what was left at the Carvery section. So we agreed. It was disappointing to say the least. Then we thought we would order ice cream for the kids as dinner was so abysmal, only to be told that the ice cream machine was out of order. Imagine the kids faces. Wont be visiting again for sure.

Thankfully, we booked in advance incase restrictions on opening were put in place. Surprised to find it wasn't full or busy. Service and friendliness of all staff has been amazing and food really good and plentiful as always in any Toby we have eaten in. Don't know what has happened to Toby"s? Ordered a take away. Food was cold, half the order was missing. Tried to call them, no reply. Seven days to refund you fir undelivered items. Such a shame as this used to be one of my favourite places.

The staff could not have been any more attentive & kind. The food was extremely tasty, meats were cooked perfectly & could not fault my experience in any way. (King Size Carvery in the Picture)

Absolutely terrible it was cold like eating rocks and it tastes like dog food. This is place is only good for dying folk... If u have any taste buds avoid this place otherwise you'll puke this back up... u scots call THIS food? I have had better food in prison then this place...
