Tola offers such a high standard of service. She really knows about the human body and fixed my back issues. She also gave me extra tips on how to prevent those same issues again. I purchased her oils as well for muscle recovery after a workout. Highly recommend her services.

I cannot recommend Tola enough. I’m a road cyclist and train a lot, so having regular massages are important. I was having issues with my calves, so I booked a leg massage and the next day the issue had disappeared. Thank you and I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I had been suffering with sciatic pain for several years. In just 2 sessions Tola was able to completely eradicate all sciatic related pain. There was also massive benefit after the first session. This has now made it possible for me to really enjoy being active again. I wish i had of gone sooner.

I have never had a sports massage before. However having one from TMacLife is a must! She is very friendly, lovely to talk to you and helpful, very good at her job and supportive. I have struggled with a shoulder injury which has stopped me having a full range of movement. After being with TMacLife had helped me get that range back after I lost it.
