TLScontact Visa Application Centre for France – Edinburgh >> Small busy office, no social distances. insufficient staff, unhelpful, unprofessional, 1-hour delay, the man at the customer service desk is terrible.

Everyone is really professional and helpful, starting from the man at the door to the lady at reception and the administrative staff. They went through the whole application and made sure all the documents are as they should be. Also conveniently have a passport photo booth and will make copies for you.

We were serviced by an officer by the name of Magda. She went above and beyond her duty and helped us lodge our visa application to the French Embassy. She was friendly, helpful and efficient with her work and we got our visa processed successfully in good time thanks to her efforts and attention for detail. Kudos to TLS contact for recruiting such capable staff.

The efficiency of this branch is depended on that whether they think they are busy. Also, no spaces for your friends and families. If having other choices, I do not recommend this branch at all.

TLS and the Swiss Embassy were extremely helpful when we felt that we would not get the visa in time

TLS and the Swiss Embassy were extremely helpful when we felt that we would not get the visa in time for our holiday, especially the TLS Visa Centre in Edinburgh.
