I have never experienced such poor technique in waxing she was peeling it off so slow and letting it get hard it was so painful. Then my eyebrows were taken off completely from were they were then after i complained they said it looks fine when there were chunks missing and hair still were it shouldn’t have been, they tried to tell me they don’t do refunds i said i would talk to the manager and see their policies they were happy to give me a refund then. They tried to fix it and put a chemical to cover the chunks missing it stung so bad so they removed it has now flared up and i now have scabs all over my eyebrows. Would never recommend.
