Timpson Ltd oxford

Have previously had great service from Timpsons. However when I last took in my watch for a repair, they returned it with a large scratch on the back. They didn't tell me, just handed it back, like nothing was wrong. Presumably where the case opening tool had slipped. Have had to go through customer services, still not resolved.

I came in for a battery replacement and was welcomed by a nice man who was happy to help and within less than 2 minutes my battery was replaced. Fast and reliable service and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and visiting. You won’t be disappointed. Stay safe guys
