Put some brogues in for resoling at Bar Hill. I wasn't expecting much as shoe repair jobs I've had done in the past were less than impressive. I am delighted with the results. A new lease of life for a decent pair of shoes, which probably look better now than they did new. I'm afraid I didn't catch the name of the guy who did the repairs, but he said he worked across a number of Timpson sites. Customer service has been great; he understood what I wanted kept in touch to let me know when they'd be ready and, as I've said, the shoes look great.

Went in to get a key cut, took the offer of 2 for £13. Got home, one didn't work. Took them both back, returned with 3 keys all that worked. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly gentleman in the shop, would definitely recommend and would use them again

went specially to get my elderly father's watch a new battery. Ok so the strap was a bit grubby because he is almost blind and doesn't see specks of dirt as we would.I did not expect the man (who was on the phone at the same time) to hold it up like it was diseased and YELL " I WON'T DO THIS, IT'S MINGING!" in front of the other customer too! (and batteries are £15!) never felt so embarassed
