Timberland Sheds hull

Not the best service. Took 8 weeks to get our shed right. Won't be using them again. Only reason it's two stars is because the men who put the shed up were excellent and so apologetic when it wasn't even their fault.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from this company, has my combo building erected this week and can I say the quality of the building is amazing.. the staff from the site surveyor to the sales girls all the way up to the fitters was just top notch. May I say the after sales was great too, had to have them back as the doors did drop slightly however they came back the day after I mentioned this and it turns out my base was slightly uneven, the erectors took this in their stride and had this fixed in no time! Would recommend the Timberland Sheds to everyone!!!

Just received my (3rd)shed from Tim Jackson at Timberland. On time, on price, better than described, and as always, excellent. Amazing value all round. Delivered and erected free of charge by professional staff... is there any wonder I always buy from them! I have no connection with Timberland and indeed am a retired person, this review is entirely unsolicited. Please feel free to use my name and thank you once again for top service.

Just received my shed and I must say its better than I expected, very helpful guy called Peter on the phone made the procedure very easy. The price of the shed also included installing it, which saved me a lot of time trying to do it myself. The two chaps that delivered it were very friendly and helpful, I would confidently recommend this firm.

IT took 6 weeks to complete our summerhouse. Wood missing from edging along the top, waited in for people to come only to be told They were not in our area that day after saying they would be out to us. No communication skills at all, when they did come they had the wrong piece of wood. Brook agreed that the service we recieved was not acceptable and offered a can of wood oil for us to use as a way of saying sorry, this never materialized. Though large staples were scattered all round the drive where they had worked, driven over would probably caused a puncher. Would l use again , no . Definitely not reccomend. Only took a year to reply to my review, says it all 🤣

We have bought a shed and a summer house from Timberland sheds and both have been fantastic quality. From initial enquiry to the installation the whole process has been superb. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a Shed via an agent that came from this company. I was contacted by Timberland Sheds regarding delivery from the most polite man in the world. On the arrival of the Shed, the fitter ( who I believe was called Tom ) worked his socks off in the rain. Outstanding service. I would have no problem recommending them regarding quality and service.
