Rude Staff - tried a pair of casual canvas trainers in the Trafford Centre store. They both creased over at the inner sides when weight was put on them. Male staff was anoyed when I said I don’t want them and said ‘It must be your feet that are wrong’ I don’t think so! I’m a Tri-athlete who uses a lot of different trainers and so know a lot more about trainers than your rude staff. You can stick your trainers and never expect me to return to your ‘once loved by me’ store ever again !!

Bought my boots from there in the sale great store just needs to be bigger..

We went to the store last night. There were no other customers. When we entered the store, a male shop assistant greeted us warmly. when a black saleswoman walked past us and said "hello, nice to meet you" without looking at us, We thought there‘s new customer walk in so we continue looking for the shoes. But than the saleswoman yelled at us so loudly that we turned around and realized she was greeting us. It gave us a shock. She didn't even look at us the whole time. I wouldn't have known she was greeting me if she hadn't yelled. Maybe Timberland don’t need any training before getting the job, how can employees with such poor quality and attitude can get on the job? Ridiculous 😨

Popped in and purchased some new classic boots for myself, The chap who served me was tall and wore glasses, Offered me excellent cleaning tips and the products to go with it. Great Service Thank you.

Excellent store. Upon entering the female staff member was very helpful and helped me in purchasing what I wanted by finding my sizes. It was my first time entering a Timberland store and I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The t shirts fit perfectly and are very high quality.
