From start to finish, Timber Windows offered a really professional service. Bev took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and explain all the options. Paperwork and payment instructions were clear. Installation was done on time, with real attention to detail and cleaning up afterwards. Communication was always friendly, clear and professional. We had some mortar issues requiring return visits, ( south facing window in full sun) and Chris returned and tried two different remedies before he and we were satisfied, all at no further cost. Our windows have attracted lots of admiring comments and I am always happy to recommend their excellent quality windows and customer care.

This family business, of many years standing, really know their stuff. The first contact for our initial survey completely sold them to us. Our gut feeling was spot on and from planning right through to fitting and beyond, their customer service has been second to none. We started with windows and our second order was for our doors because we were so happy with not just the service but the fabulous quality - and we are sticklers for that. Bev, Chris and all their team are really friendly, great to communicate with and are experts in this field. What's more to say? Recommend in a heartbeat.
