5/ 5

I used Tim some years ago, I had a feeling that the water pump was going on my washing machine, spoke to Tim over the phone, he believed it was the pump also, an appointment was made and he arrived promptly, diagnosed the water pump had gone, it was replaced, his charge was very reasonable, I had costed the part myself and considered a DIY approach but had never changed one, he did the job in no time and I had the peace of mind knowing it was guaranteed by him. I recommended him to my brother who had problems with his washing machine, Tim advised my brother on how to use the machine in a certain way, can't remember exactly what the problem was, but no parts were needed, Tim wasn't going to charge my brother but my brother insisted he had something for the call out etc, great guy, friendly and helpful.
