Tile Giant leeds

Charley helped us choose some lovely tiles but it was the first shop we'd been to so we went and looked elsewhere before deciding that they were the right tiles. We were also offered a drink while we browsed. We went back and James was really helpful but I wanted to sleep on it and think about mosaic accents before committing. Went back a 3rd time and again James was really helpful and we (finally) made our purchase. Arrived in store quickly and we got a phone call advising us they were in stock. Staff kindly loaded the car for me although had to do it in 2 journeys as 21 boxes were too heavy for my boot. Each time we went back the staff remembered us (and my daughter's name) and the conversations we'd had on previous occasions which made it an easier purchase. The staff were knowledgeable and gave advice but weren't pushy. They also advised things that we didn't need to buy which left us feeling more confident when buying the things that they recommended. We'd certainly shop here again for tiles. The tiles are currently sitting in a pile in the house looking for a tiler tiler so can't comment on how easy they are to fit but they certainly look lovely in the lighting we have at home.

Fabulous service. Daniel and his lady colleague were polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Even holding the door open for us whilst the rain was pouring down, then asking if we would like a coffee. I cannot recommend them highly enough, a fantastic and knowledgeable retail service which is rarely found. I had great service at tile giant Leeds. A chap called Daniel helped me. He was honest, helpful and sorted me a great deal. House refurbishment can be stressful especially when your about to pop in pregnancy but Daniel made this part easy for me and I love my tiles. Thank you.

Excellent service with a smile, James (manager) was extremely helpful in helping me and my wife choose our new bathroom tiles. They had a great selection and a good price, not the cheapest around but the knowledge and service counts for a lot in my eyes and the staff here were levels above anywhere else we had been. Very pleased and will be returning shortly to get our kitchen tiles.

I cannot remember the last time I received customer service as good as I did from Paul at Tile Giant, Leeds. To say that they went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct tiles delivered in time for fitting is an absolute understatement. If all shops treated you like I was treated here, shopping would be completely stress free! From the first initial visit in store to the final delivery I cannot fault Tile Giant and would recommend them absolutely. Thanks a lot!

Received fantastic customer service from Lee at Tile Giant. It's nice to see lots of enthusiasm and knowledge from an individual. Would certainly recommend the Elland Road team if you are looking for tiles.

I would just like to praise Daniel Davis at the Leeds store who is a great assett for the company. He was very helpful and with good design ideas to help us find the right Kitchen floor and splashback tiles.
