Awful returns policy- Buyer Beware! Was oversold my order by James (manager) on the promise there would be no hassle bringing tiles back- which then he refused to do - lots of excuses but basically it’s a scam- will not be using again.

Great overall experience.....I was initially attracted by the competitive pricing of the tiles, however, what really prompted me to write this review was the customer service I received. The member of staff( sorry I didn't catch your name) couldn't have been more helpful. His knowledge was comprehensive but he went the extra mile in ensuring my requirements were met. As a result I would happily recommend others to use this shop. I have several other jobs to do & will definitely be back. Thanks once again.
