Tile Giant bristol

Customer service in the uk seems to be a dying art however, not for the people at Tile Giant Gloucester! Exceptional service from the moment we walked in! They were friendly and after they found out the tiles that we wanted were not in stock, they made a few phone calls and said they would let us know if they become available. Roughly a couple of hours later, they called saying the tiles would be in the following week. This 5 star rating was truly earned!

Customer service is amazing. Lady on desk recalled us 18x months later and was very willing to help. Will return.

Popped into the store over the weekend on the lookout for some bathroom tiles, I was greeted by the staff with a cheery hello and big smile which goes a long way when you enter a store. Nothing was to much trouble for Bridget she went above and beyond to show me around and answer my many questions. The store was also immaculate which was great to see as I have found many other tile shops I visited cluttered and a poor layout therefore making it difficult to see what I was after. I shall be returning soon to finalise my order!

I use tile giant in bedminster on a regular basis...always made welcome by Bridget and sue...very helpful and will go out of their way to help me.always confident sending my customers down to the shop for advice.
