Mr George Adams Liverpool Walton. Having recently employed Tidysite Builders to carry out various repairs to my home including the main roof, I wish to add this review in appreciation to them. Having used other builders in the past to carry out other works, and never really been satisfied as once something goes wrong they either change their mobile numbers of don’t bother to return calls. With this company Mr Hughes was extraordinary polite and sincere from his first visit and during the works the professionalism shown by all the operatives was second to none. Photographs were taken of the defects to the roof at all stages form the remedy works required and the practices in which the works were completed, having had to have underfloor works done, again photos graphs were taken of the remedial works along with the during and completion works that was required. This gave us the re-assurance that all works that were require to be done had been done correctly. The whole experience of dealing with Tidsyite Builders has been nothing but pleasure, the staff at the office very friendly and efficient as are the operatives on site. We wish to extend our appreciation by adding this review and can certainly recommend this company to everyone. I think once in a while all of us go through some kind of disappointment in life, ours was with previous builders over the years, we all look out for our divine intervention so to speak, and we truly believe that this company was our Divine Intervention, their effort, their honesty, their politeness, their standard and quality of workmanship, and most of all their loyalty to treat their clients with the utmost respect cannot be faulted in any way. A million thank you's is not enough, far too often we see on TV the bad builders who obviously give the good builders a bad name were everyone tars with the same brush so to speak. I found Tidysite through a recommendation from a friend. I needed some work on my house as a result of a homebuyers survey during the selling process. The work mainly focused on the roof but also included some remedial works to gutters, blown bricks and also to cut out and replace areas of wet rot to wooden fascias. TidySite came out initially to assess the work and to provide a quote. One thing that struck me right away was that they pretty much replicated the assessment that was provided on the survey, without them having seen it first. So their recommendations matched exactly what they building surveyor had pointed out. This filled me with a high level of confidence and was the main factor for choosing TidySite. Their price was reasonable but not the cheapest but I have learned to my detriment, in the past, that you get what you pay for in this field. TidySite turned up to carry out the work on time on the first day. All their staff were very polite and explained what they would be doing each day they were here. The scaffolding soon went up and work began. Unfortunately that week was a wash out, weather wise, and so the job was delayed a little. However once completed I was extremely happy they carried out all of the work and also some extra parts not on the original quote for no extra charge. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have already done so to a friend of mine who is looking for a company to convert his garage.

Having recently used this company to help completely refurbish my new home, I can highly recommend them, they kept me informed of progress and attendance, they have transformed my house into a home for me and my daughter and I am delighted with the results. Tidysite Builders are a local company, friendly, competent, and very professional. This particular work included plastering, decoration and plumbing, professionally carried out to an excellent standard.

Tidysite came the property they were friendly easy to get along with even with the amount of colour swatches we kept changing our mind with. Nothing appeared to be too much for them.

Expensive and below average. Also they're not at all tidy. My mum and I both had work done on our properties. There were constant delays due to weather. The repair to my roof only lasted 6 months and then it leaked again. Tidysite responded saying it lasted longer than they expected! My mum's porch roof repair was inadequate and rain leaked into it over Christmas. My mum had quite the battle to 'only pay half the cost' of additional work to fix it when she finally managed to get them back. The back of my property was left insecure on demolishing the back wall to build a new one. It was sorted out when I moaned. A large dusty tarpaulin was left in my back yard on completion of the work. I had to return it to their office. They insist on cash payment the day after finishing. This was difficult when I never knew when they would turn up or when the job would be finished. The costs do not represent value for money.

Tried to rip me off by charging over £3000 to replaster a kitchen as part of a larger refurbishment. When I told them I’d get my own plasterer in they initially agreed but then proceeded to mess me around and delay the job, coming up with different excuses why they couldn’t stick to the original agreed dates. I was initially very patient but when I finally pressed them, they then refused to do the job with no explanation - a full 2 months after agreeing to go ahead. Dishonest time wasters. Avoid
