One of my favourite restaurants in MCR! Amazing decor. Lovely staff. Into the wild cocktail highly recommended. Delicious & creative dishes. Unlike another reviewer, I don’t actually think it’s possible to have “too much garlic” let alone spoil a dish with it 😆

Positives: Venue is tastefully decorated with an intimate and relaxing feel, while remaining fairly spacious. Booths next to the flower wall are great seats if you wish to be a little more private. Staff were polite and welcoming. Negatives: Food is either good or it is bad. No consistency at all. Of the 4 dishes we ordered, 2 were very nice but the other 2 were spoiled with way too much garlic and oil (pic included). The venue is also not accepting any cash which they do not tell you when you phone to make a booking and its not displayed on the menu. During our visit we only had cash and found this out after eating, when asking for the bill. The Manager did make exception so we could pay but then obviously we could not receive change so were forced to pay extra, even though we were already paying a service charge. Overall if it wasn't for the cash issue, I would have given an extra star making this 3 stars. Unfortunately the food detracts greatly from the venue and if they sorted this issue they would be even better. Glad we visited but won't be a regular.

Went to the gin making experience hosted by James which was absolutely brilliant, he taught us all about how it's made and guided us through designing our own gin to our taste. He was a fantastic host. Didn't get to try the food this time as we had other plans but definitely going back some time because it smelled amazing

It's a nice vibrant place with friendly stuff. I was disappointed by my main course which was a risotto, it was dry and definitely not up to restaurant standards. Another observation is that music was nice and I wouldn't have minded if I was going there for the cocktail bar, but it was a bit too loud for dinner. Most people had to be shouting over it to be heard.

Very nice bar and restaurant attached to the Manchester Gin distillery under the railway arches. Lovely venue and great cocktails. There's also a Manchester bee there. We didn't have food - just cocktails - but the drinks were really good. Will definitely go back.

Very nice bar with a great cocktail and gin collection. Atmosphere was great for a Sunday night which was fantastic as it was my girlfriends birthday. As it was Christmas the staff came around the tables and gave everyone a Christmas cracker each which was a nice touch. If we visit Manchester again we will definitely be visiting again.

Enjoyed the food and cocktails on Saturday. We stumbled by only by chance so hadn’t booked and the host was very accommodating, a 10 minute wait at the bar with a cocktail and we was seated. Really tasty food. Will be back, especially for the make your own gin class. A hidden gem.

Did the Sunday funday, gin tasting, making and Sunday Dinner.... Firstly, the Sunday dinner was immense! Seriously the best I've ever had! Service was amazing, everyone was so attentive, friendly and fun. Gin tasting and making.... Jamie was our host, he was amazing, so informative, made everything easy to understand and fun..... We tasted 5 gins, made a bottle of gin by creating a recipe, measuring the ingredients and distilling our gin. You can even buy your gin again another time as the recipes and bottle numbers are saved! So much fun.... Highly recommended.
