The person running this office is disgustingly obsessed with money, unhelpful and smug. Use Sandford PO instead where the staff there at least still have a human touch. "If you put a mirror next to your money, it will appear as double"

Been told that Royal Mail won't take my 10kg parcel only because I've already paid online through the Click & Drop service offered by Royal Mail itself. The reason is that they didn't have the chance to make any money on it and, of course, their back office won't look nice and tidy with such a big parcel sitting there. I left the parcel there anyway and got it delivered as it should be. Just a family run candy store that like to call itself a post office. Will not waste my time here anymore.
