It use to b good place not anymore if you need an appointment u hav to wait for weeks just like hospitals,women at desk are rude n arrogant,I guess they been in job for too long.they will give you an appointment for 2:50 n wen u get there they will tell you are late appointment was at 2:15 n they will all gang up on you to prove you are lier n they are right, no interest in issue resolving,or proper customer service.there behaviour is as if they are giving you favour by doing this job. If you are 5minutes late you are not seen but you have to wait for easily 30 minutes each time to see the doctors.somtimes doctors are not even arrived in practice,sombody else is taking on the patients somtimes they are simply too busy with other things. In the end your time doesn’t matter they will make you wait as long as they want but there 5minutes are more precious then anybody’s life. There behaviour is not just rude n arrogant but selfish as well. Been with them for 17,18 years now n each day there services are going down. They are too busy increasing there patients no but lack the services.will be moving to somwhr else now.not to mention they can take half a day to answer your call, it doesn’t matter which option you try 1,2,3,4.... they will not answer your call until you get completely fed up.

These people need shut down not willing to help anyone! I was in a motor bike accident and my head injury is playing up and the woman Avon on the phone never even asked what the problem was she just said the earliest appointment is 2 weeks from now I told her it was an emergency and she just said phone first thing in the morning... absolute joke this place need shut down!!

A joke how many attempts it takes to get through, place is a shambles for appointments. Took me 19 attempts before getting someone last week and told 2 weeks for the next available appt. Then there's the Dr's, don't take you seriously and just want you out the door as quickly as possible.

Quick access to appointments, friendly front desk, who are very willing to take the time to help in spite of a busy job - not just with myself but with other patients checking in or making enquiries at the same time. GP and HCA both very friendly and professional and helped move things along very quickly.

If I could give worse than one star I would. Only writing this review because of the horrible staff they keep. The receptionist have no idea how to treat patients. Already a difficult time, so hard to get medical attention, Angela the receptionist to be specific very unhelpful. Whenever u call they hang up just as soon as you ring. Did this to me over 10 times. Went into the clinic straight after I called and not even one patient at the reception desk with the same receptionist on her personal phone. Absolute joke this clinic is. Waited two weeks for a phone appointment which I need to physically show my doctor the issue as it’s not internal but made me wait two weeks then call from a 0800 number which some networks don’t accept. It’s a local phone number why would they use an 0800 number to call and you can’t even call back as it doesn’t even answer calls. Tried calling the untrained receptionist to reschedule and didn’t even pick up and when I did get through she would give an appointment unless I gave a whole different persons number. Makes no sense at all horrible person and staff. Place needs dealt with asap.

End of my tether with the receptionist here. there is one nice staff petite lady with blond hair. The rest just don't care. Everything is too much effort constantly speak over. If you try to bring somthing up they will all gang up to prove you wrong when they've been rude from the get go. They will even put the phone down on you while your still speaking. I get there busy so is everyone else. Other places don't conduct themselves in this manner so why should these ladies.

Receptionists unpleasant except for one. The receptionist lady never answers the phone. It is not about busy in the morning, but about laziness. There are bedbugs in the baby room !!!!! I do not recommend this place. 🤮

The receptionists don’t answer the phone. I’ve fractured my wrist and need an appointment every fortnight to collect my sick line for my employer. I’ve let the phone ring for over 10 minutes and no one is answering the phone, and it’s not lunch time. Now have to go to the surgery to try and make an appointment, because I’ve tried and tried again to phone but no one is answering.

I’ve called 30 times today the helpline is terrible these guys are actually useless
