Worst place I have ever been. They take absolutely forever to answer the phone. Even though I was caller number one I had to hold for over 15 minutes and even then my phone was not answered. Will have to walk in personally to book a simple check up. What a joke

Shockingly difficult to make an appointment here, you'll be left in a queue being number 1 in line for 30 mins and then you'll get sent to a voicemail. This has happened multiple times and when you leave a voicemail for a callback, as expected nobody calls you back. Have managed to get through twice in a week only to be told there are no appointments on the day each time and would be unable to make an appointment for another day, even though I called through as soon as they opened at 9am

Don’t usually write reviews but the receptionist service is horrendous the phone will cut you off after waiting 25+ mins to be answered and the staff on the phone are rude. Spoke to a receptionist over the phone a few days ago about pain and didn’t seem bothered and called up today again and apparently it’s acceptable to go a full week without sleep due to tooth pain and can’t have my appointment bought forward. The dentists are great when you see them but the receptionists 1*/5*. Very very disappointed.

I don’t normally leave many reviews but the staff at this surgery are by far the best I have experienced in any dentist or any other medical practice for that matter! The team that I have regularly had the pleasure of dealing with, Shanaz, Nafeesa, Amy, Zillae & Penny have shown me a level of professionalism and care I have never experienced anywhere. Over the years I have been made to feel very comfortable with these people and feel like a genuine patient who is cared for to the best of one’s ability and not just a mere statistic! For this I Thank all you ladies from the bottom of my heart! Stay safe and keep well

Excellent service from the Receptionist and my Dentist Penny. Easy to be seen to in an emergency. The Receptionist on 2 random occasions called me back on the day I called due to my wisdom pain and managed to fit me in to see Penny. Brilliant work on my tooth by Penny and very informative. I've been coming to my Thornbury Dental Practice for years and I never had any problems. Thank you Penny and staff. 👍

After all those year wasted my money eventually a new Dentist carried out really good check up, gave me lots of beneficial advice how to look after my teeth. He was really polite and respectful and professional in his work. I hope the old Dentist DON'T come back again which is she don't have clue what to do.
