Heard Great Things About Thomas Cook Before in the past BUT.. being a first time customer and trying book a holiday for over the last week has been a real STRUGGLE. Failed call backs promised after being on the phone for so long and collecting all my details and information of my desired birthday booking, un-enthusiastic staff and to date haven't heard of any great deals for the holiday I'm seeking. I wish there was an option to submit 0 stars but unfortunately there isn't so have to select 1 star. Very disappointed to be honest. Will be taking my money else-where!
