They never answer the phone which is such a great shame. I booked a holiday last year with them and we have an autistic boy. So I went into the shop to pre book our seats as I wanted to work with my son about where he would be on the plane etc. Even though this could be deemed as a reasonable adjustment- I was still charged for pre-booking seats. They said if he was in a wheelchair they wouldn't charge. But a disability is a disability in my view. When I boarded the plane I started talking to another parent with a ASD child; she had not paid extra for pre-booking her seats & she said it was all done through the access team/specialist service dept within Thomas cook. I guess it shows that the Bristol broadleaf branch are not up to speed with their training. My holiday was nice. But the service in the shop wasn't that good.
