Kathryn has worked wonders where others have failed. Spent over £1k with a Norwich clinic with treatment over 4 months. They recommended spinal adjustments which did not achieve required results. 2 sessions with Kathryn and I’m pain free. Soft tissue issues. Now monthly sessions planned to keep up progress. Highly recommend without hesitation.

I've just had my first appointment with Kathryn who was extremely professional and well organised in dealing with all the necessary Covid precautions. I felt very relaxed - even more so at the end of the session! I shall definitely be a regular returning client!

Kathryn was friendly , clearly well trained in her field and completely compliant with all social distancing expectations . Her explanations were very clear, she did nothing without clarifying her reasons and much of it made me realise how much I’ve abused my body over the years. I felt a little better when I left but as the day went on I realised just how much more pain free movement I had , it’s incredible. I will be heading back when she is able to open safely again . Recommended by a friend , glad I gave it a go

Kathryn is professional, knowledgeable but equally friendly and approachable. My monthly reflexology sessions are brilliant. I feel totally relaxed during and after the session. She is also excellent at treating and giving advice on any occasional joint niggles. Massage is also very good. Would thoroughly recommend.

I've been having massage sessions for a while now with Kathy. Being a therapist myself I've always struggled to find the right person to understand what my body and I need. In Kathy I've found that therapist. She listens to me and reads my body and works on me accordingly. Her work ethic and knowledge, along with her continuous training, make every session unique and enjoyable. My body and mind benefit in every way needed.
