I've had a few sessions with Thérapie now and wanted to leave a review for how great their customer service is. Every single person I've encountered at the Glasgow clinic has been professional, so friendly, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. I'd recommend this place for lhr but will keep coming back because of the people who work here. I've also had really positive experiences when needing to phone the call centre - very friendly , accommodating and helpful.

Very friendly and clean place from the minute you walk through the door. It is over so quick, can’t get over how little time it takes to complete. Wish I had booked in for more areas! Excited to finally be on my hair free journey, best thing you can do and highly recommend as a gift…who wouldn’t want to be hair free!

Chelsea was very good. She made me feel comfortable immediately and was continued throughout the session. All of my questions were answered confidently and precise which gave me confidence in the process. I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for laser hair removal.

Go here for my laser treatment and seen a good reduction so far! The ladies are always lovely! So happy to be greeted and chat with them. Sadly I almost lost my necklace the other day and the ladies were great, they had a proper look to see if I had left it in the clinic for me as I was unsure (ended up being under my car seat 🤦🏼‍♀️) Kirsty in the clinic itself and Val on the phone were super helpful and lovely, thanks so much gals!
