Not the best customer service Paul!! As you know I ordered a log store through logstore online £118.99 the payment was directed straight to you and your Company not to them. This log store is advertised on your own site @ £109.99 After pointing this out to you, I said this was misleading the public and as I have paid to your Company and you should really have matched the price. You then proceeded to tell me that you had cancelled my order without me requesting this, so I then asked if I could buy direct from yourselves and you declined!! Terrible customer service 0 out of 10 for you.
