Lovely place to visit for kids and adult fans of Beatrix Potter! We had to queue for quite a while but mostly inside, good social distancing measures in place in the queuing system and short videos are shown on a large screen to pass the time. We took 8 year olds and a 4 year old and they loved it. Very reasonable prices if you purchase a family ticket, well worth it.

A great afternoon out away from the rain. Things have been altered to make it Covid Secure but they've done a great job. Expect it to take longer with some waiting but there is plenty to keep curious little people busy! Lovely courteous staff.

A fabulously delightful step into the world of Beatrix Potter. The exhibits are incredibly well done and it's a real pleasure to explore the attraction. The our garden is really well done but there is so much detail in everything inside too, it's easy to miss thing if you rush so take your time and look everywhere :)

We had a great visit a few weeks ago. A place of wonder and imagination, bringing back memories of the stories as a child... We highly recommend going and exploring The World of Beatrix Potter. No complaints... We got some good tips for plants from the friendly gardener too!

Would recommend this place however more staff are needed to ensure this remains Covid- safe as there was a group of people not wearing masks at all and not maintaining social distance and when we politely asked them to they refused to comply and were fairly aggressive. Not ideal to have this in a family oriented venue and one set like this can ruin the experience for others. Would recommend to have staff at various point within the tour!

Information plaques on each display would have been nice, telling us what the animals are, what book they are from, and how she came up with the idea. The whole attraction presumed you knew Beatrix Potter inside out, if you hadn't read one of her books since you were a kid, it was a bit confusing. It was also very busy. A maximum people limit would have been nice.

As a big kid at heart and our grandson loving Peter rabbit going here was brilliant I absolutely loved it ,the staff were so friendly everyone of them ,it's a lovely place to walk round and although we didn't have our grandson with us on this visit we will definitely be going back to take him ,you could see children just swept up in the characters and the story's the shop at the end has something for everyone and I couldn't believe the prices some places like to put really high prices on things they know kids will want but everything was really well priced ,can't wait to go back and keep up the good work, to all the staff you made us feel very welcome so thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™‚
