Firstly I’d like to start by saying if you haven’t joined already then hurry up and do so. I’ve always been very sceptical about mixed gyms in the past but since joining The Works spa and fitness I have never felt more comfortable in my surroundings. Staff are always very helpful and personal trainers are ever so caring. After a health scare this was just the place I needed to be to get myself back up and motivated specially with this hideous pandemic. I want to thank my gorgeous personal trainer Emily who doesn’t just train me but educates me about which muscle group I work with each exercise, which is the best of both worlds! What’s greater than having a gym and a nail technician within the same building! I’d also like to thank Tiegan for not only giving me the best set of nails but for the company. A great listener and always feel new and motivated after booking in! Overall I love this place!

I have really enjoyed my PT sessions at The works Spa and fitness. I started back with the sessions following a back injury. The session were designed for me around my existing injury. I felt confident to try and push myself knowing Rachel was next to me to coach and talk me through my technique. I have really enjoyed the sessions in a relaxed and friendly environment. A massive thumbs up from me.
