The Works liverpool

I love the works and i am a regular shopper. I have never been to this store before so thought i would pop in whilst in the area. This will be my first and last visit. The store is absolutely horrendous, you cannot find anything and the customer service does not exist. Staff could not be bothered even directing me to where i may find an item and upon asking if a particular item was in stock i was told 'i dont know'. The store is messy, the staff look unclean. I am utterly shocked at the poor service recieved, i am dissapointed and i will not be returning. DISGUSTED.

Always grab a bargain, usually more than half price than in other book stores!

Ordered items, but they sent the wrong items & refused to change them - citing the items were “assorted” despite the fact that nowhere on the website described the items as assorted & they’re advertised individually. They’ve said if I want a refund/ exchange I have to return to store - when the whole point was I ordered online & paid for delivery to avoid going to the store 🤷🏻‍♀️ Then when they sent me the review link - I said what happened & they refused to publish it! Shocking behaviour! Won’t be shopping here anymore!

Sometimes you can grab a real bargain.

Nice shop with amazing prices and a nice place to buy gifts for your friends and family!

The Works usually great but don't appreciate being invited to buy bookmarks for Cancer research to discover afterwards a measly 20p per £1 goes to Charity!!!
