2/ 5

During Christmas I tried to return something I bought online and the cashier kept telling me that I shouldn't return things because of covid and some stores may not allow it. I found what she said completely unnecessary and rude because the works website asked me to return the item to store. Poor customer service.

2/ 5

I went in to the shop to get some cards and was standing in the queue waiting my turn for the cashier. There was a lady in front of the cashier so I assumed she was assisting her. She saw me waiting for some time and when another customer came to the tills she allowed them to cut the line and go in front of me. I thought this was very rude and I brought it up to her after the customer’s transaction was over and she completely ignored me and then was very short with me. I’ve worked in customer service for years and trust me a short apology or even acknowledgment of wrongdoing goes a long way.
