My husband booked appointments for a friend and I as a surprise almost 2 months ahead of time. He was called by the spa on 3 different occasions- 2 weeks, then 1 week before hand- first to change the time, then to change the service, then to change the time again.( Had I known this I would have cancelled). He complained and was offered 50% off of one of the services. When we arrived, I asked what service we were receiving - since the original was a body scrub and he told me he thought we were now getting facials- and I was told "the regular one". When I went out and asked again, I was told "the classic" facial. There is no classic facial on the menu. On the third question, I was told (with an attitude), it was the deep cleansing facial but we could change it if we wanted. I was taken to a room that was freezing (the tech noted the temp, I had not even said anything yet) - the tech apologized and left to bring in a portable heater and a blanket (there was only a sheet). Because the tech was not aware of what facial I wanted, she had to set it up once we spoke. This was all during the 50 minutes of my treatment service. The service itself was enjoyable, the tech was very nice. I cannot say the same for the desk/ mgmt staff. The atmosphere and service could have been more enjoyable had it not been for how the staff treat the clients. Especially for what they are charging. Will not be returning.
