My husband booked appointments for a friend and I as a surprise almost 2 months ahead of time. He was called by the spa on 3 different occasions- 2 weeks, then 1 week before hand- first to change the time, then to change the service, then to change the time again.( Had I known this I would have cancelled). He complained and was offered 50% off of one of the services. When we arrived, I asked what service we were receiving - since the original was a body scrub and he told me he thought we were now getting facials- and I was told "the regular one". When I went out and asked again, I was told "the classic" facial. There is no classic facial on the menu. On the third question, I was told (with an attitude), it was the deep cleansing facial but we could change it if we wanted. I was taken to a room that was freezing (the tech noted the temp, I had not even said anything yet) - the tech apologized and left to bring in a portable heater and a blanket (there was only a sheet). Because the tech was not aware of what facial I wanted, she had to set it up once we spoke. This was all during the 50 minutes of my treatment service. The service itself was enjoyable, the tech was very nice. I cannot say the same for the desk/ mgmt staff. The atmosphere and service could have been more enjoyable had it not been for how the staff treat the clients. Especially for what they are charging. Will not be returning.

This place is a literal joke. I spent 80 dollars on a gel manicure. I walked out with the worst manicure of my life, they offered me free samples so i said fine and left and was prepared to take the loss. The next day my nails start chipping and peeling off. The most the manager could offer me was 16 dollars back FROM MY 8O DOLLAR MANICURE. I felt like I was just lied to. its 80 DOLLARS for a manicure, you would think a gel manicure at that price would last longer than a day. the manager would give nothing but say come back so we can fix it? why would i come back there when i felt lied to by the services you offer, you clearly CAN NOT GIVE luxury spa manicures, so why let your customers think you can? and have them pay 80 DOLLARS. All they care about is a profit, not their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. ITS NOT A SPA, ITS A SCAM. And whatever lie they reply with to this review, dont believe it :) you're welcome.

My daughters and I celebrated a birthday and treated ourselves to the 50 minute spa pedicure. The pedicure itself was fine but it absolutely was not a 50 minute service. We arrived 15 minutes early and we’re directed to the quiet room, our appointment was at noon. We were met by technicians at 12:05, brought to pedicure room to pick out polish and hang coats. All of our pedicures were completed by 12:45 if not a bit sooner. We were then directed to the quiet room to let our nails dry. As to not ruin the vibe of celebrating, I waited until the next day to reach out and express my disappointment. The response was insulting, dismissive and unprofessional. The four of us will not return to this spa.

Excellent experience always! I’ve been going g to Stephanie for years and she is the best masseuse I’ve ever been to. I’ve received many massages locally and while traveling and she knows her stuff and has a very fluid but targeted style without ever feeling like your body is being overworked. She is a healer and cares very much about her clientele and knows her stuff to relieve those areas in a gentle way without digging or hurting. Hands down definitely book an appointment with her! I will not go to anyone else 😊

I booked a massage and another service at least a week in advance. The day before in the morning, I revived an offer for a 50% off for another service, which I booked. So 3 services booked. At 8 pm that night, I get a call from the manager. There is a call out-no massage, and the facial would have to be moved the afternoon. No communication about the third service booked in the morning. While they were “sorry” they made no effort to reschedule my massage, no effort to bundle my other services nor offer any proactive assistance. I will never book here again.
