Have just had our Christmas meal here. Food was lovely! A little concern went out from the guys when a medium sized dish of roast potatoes was placed on the table- then they were elated once they realised that was the size for each person. The staff were really helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. And they had a visit from a very special man- I won’t spoil the surprise for you, it was a VERY lovely touch. Every year we all meet up for Christmas and you were the first place to do this- thank you! Have a very happy Christmas Winterbourne Arms! Thank you.

Wow what a brilliant place. 13 of us turned up without booking and this was no problem for them. The food was really good and the portions were very large. Could not manage a pudding after eating the very large mixed grill. The staff were very helpful and we will definitely be coming back.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and services on offer at this pub. Food was very well prepared and not overpriced, it wasn't cheap but a standard price for a pub carvery and it was certainly worth it. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the toilet facilities were immaculate, would highly recommend to anyone in the area who would like to find somewhere quiet with good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of parking too so travelling there by car is not an issue, also dog friendly for anyone who wishes to take their pets.

Lovely clean pub.l, very generous portions of food at a great price. Nice place to wile away some hours and read a book quietly in the corner.
