Asked for a quote, was told I'd get a call back. Waited a couple of days and had to call back again. 2nd time of asking I did get a call back and arranged a viewing. Came on time and measured up, was told I'd be sent the quote through. Waited a week and called up to find out what was going on and was promised a call back, which never came. Couple of weeks later still not had the quote. If you didn't fancy the job or couldn't do it for whatever reason you should have contacted me and let me know as I was waiting on a response before booking the work elsewhere. So this was a complete waste of my time. 2 stars instead of 1 as the reception staff were sympathetic and apologetic each time I called.

We are over the moon with our 2 sets of grey Aluminium bi-fold doors that The Window Company manufactured and installed for us. The process from start to finish was friendly and professional and the finished product is very high quality. Add this to the very competitive price which we compared to 4 other companies I would highly recommend using these guys again.

It was certainly a journey with lock down causing all manner of delays with manufacture and installation however the finished job is fantastic. Was recommended to me by a builder for value and quality. I can now recommend them myself.
