Very welcoming people. Terry who i had telephone conversation with in arranging my stay was helpful and friendly. On arrival i was greeted from Terry's wife with a smile and pleasant conversation. My room was traditional decor, but pleasant to look at. Comfy bed and nice sized wardrobe. Thank you for your service. People................remember The White Lodge!!

The White Lodge is a fantastic place to stay for the price. You get a private room, but there is a shared bath. Which is fine since they keep the bathroom spotless. Pretty good location, only about a 10-15 minute walk to the town center. And Terry (the owner) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Just make sure you bring cash, as they do not accept card.
