The White Company bath

Beautiful baby range. Perhaps not everyday affordability, but it's lovely stuff as a treat.

Everything smells so good.

I just wanted to add a review to say what brilliant service I receive at The White Company Store in Bath centre. The Manager and all the staff are so welcoming, attentive and generally so friendly. They all seem so genuinely lovely and its a pleasure to shop there.

They won’t take back items bought online with PayPal. I was told that they are in line with other retailers in this regard, which simply isn’t true. I wasn’t allowed to even exchange the items.

Terrible returns policy Don't buy via PayPal if you want to return anything. They wouldn't accept the return in store and we had to go to the post office to return our item! The staff were fairly polite however and the store was nice.

Lovely shop and always nice things but found the staff to be pretty unwelcoming, in particular the Scottish gentleman whose tone was condescending to say the least.

My order is lost and no one responds to my emails, answers the phone or chats. Very poor service.
