Very professional and helpful always. Today I took my daughter's watch in there because the little knob that you use to change the time kept coming off. He fixed on the spot using this special tool to tighten the little spindle and inserted it back into the watch. It took him a couple of minutes. When I asked him how much it would be, he wouldn't charge anything, which I thought was very kind. Thank you The Watch Hospital! Highly recommended.
