Receptionist unbelievably rude. Easier to get an appointment in a third world country than here.

Awful phone queuing system barely takes enough calls before giving an engaged tone. For the size of the practice they need to employ more Admin as there aren't enough to answer phones and man front desk or cover during lunch hours when they actually close, in 2021 services should not get cease for lunch. Admin staff are friendly though.

They are a very busy clinic with limited staff and a never ending barrage of daft covid questions that could easily be answered online as opposed to incessant telephone calls. These are trying times and you should appreciate what you have as they are doing their level best. All these silly comments are annoying as I'm a medic myself and I understand the workload, just for one patient never mind thousands on a handful of GP's. Be respectful and appreciate what you have, we could be I'm america paying mega bucks for private medical but we aren't. We have the best trained doctors nurses, physios and HCA's in the world. Rant over.

I am so shocked reading some of the reviews. I have been with West Wirral for a very long time and have always had excellent experiences. From the doctors to the nurses and office staff they are so good and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you everyone for your efforts during this pandemic and well done

I have always had wonderful care from all the team, Doctors, Nurses and reception staff. During this pandemic i have needed to contact the surgery to request telephone consultation. I can honestly say i have had no trouble getting through to receptionists.

I too find it impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time. I cannot book a review appointment in four weeks as advised by GP after consultation as they don't book that far ahead. Why not ? Reply, " because they don't know what they will be doing then". Pardon ? Are you serious ? I was told to ring again in two weeks to book the appointment from then. Why ? When I tried to see another GP I was told they were full for three weeks ! Someone has a twisted sense of the ridiculous with ignorance of maths.
