Can never get through, it will ring and cut off. over 100 tries from them opening and still nothing. So I went down to the surgery, being completely empty, and having more than 4 receptionist, I wondered why no one picked up the phones - so this time i sat and watched.. It rang, and rang, and rang. The topic of what they all done on the weekend seemed more important. Horrible thought to think of my health being in the hands of them doing their job. No wonder it's so impossible to ever see a doctor.

I've used this surgery since childhood, and always had a great service. Yes, they are like all surgeries trying to cope with more patients than ever and strict budgets, but the doctors and nurses are excellent, as are the front of house crew.

It's not the best building for a doctors surgery. The waiting rooms are rammed and hard to Navigate with a pram. The walls Upstairs are thin and you can hear the doctor talking to the patient in their room. Everything is aged. Worst of all. Is you need to explain everything to the receptionist before you can see a doctor. As well as being a horrible experience, someone with no medical training is assessing you over the phone. God help them if they ever get it wrong and something bad happens. We've had argument getting an appointment before. 3 stars as doctors when you get to them are OK. Facilities and reception staff let them down a lot.

Staff very attentive and helpful (I haven't seen a doctor but have seen a nurse twice). No issues getting an appointment - in comparison to my previous surgery the waiting time for appointments is good. Anyone that expects a same/next day routine appointment ANYWHERE these days probably needs to consider emigration.

Almost impossible to contact or get seen. The phone line, even on a Friday afternoon, says "line busy" and doesn't even put you in a queue. My wife eventually managed to get through a few weeks ago, and was promised that a physiotherapist would call at a certain time on a certain day. The call didn't happen. She filled out the comment form and was fobbed off with "we'll look into it." We were very patient, but that response was now 10 days ago - nothing since. She tried to phone several times this week and either got "line busy" or "the practice is closed due to training." (dare we hope it is customer service training?) Even the comment form is unavailable outside practice hours, and there is no email address. We know there has been a pandemic and people are struggling. But this service - and the inability to even contact someone - is absolutely appalling. We dread to think how many serious, underlying conditions are going undiagnosed due to this practice's lack of care. We can't wait to move out of this area.
