This is the place to come for all your cake decorating needs. I love shopping here because they have such a variety of things, from cake boards to sprinkles. Delivery is quick and the prices are actually very reasonable.

Very disappointed with my order from Vanilla Valley. The icing colour gel kit I ordered only had a very short 8month shelf life, whereas some other individual icing colour gels in the same order had a greater than 24 month shelf life. The response from Vanilla Valley support was that they get new deliveries of this product twice a week which didn't address my issue at all. All it does is highlight that stock rotation must be non existent at Vanilla Valley and the company doesn't care about customer service. So if you want to buy items that will end up in the bin which is bad for your wallet and the environment then buy from the Vanilla Valley, otherwise like me I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Absolutely disappointed. Paid extra for next day delivery and received all the biscuits from gingerbread house broken. Kids were waiting to make it, but you say. I think you should add extra care with this type of deliveries, like “fragile” on the box.

Came across this shop online, and placed my first order. All the products I chose were extremely reasonable and delivery costs too compared to other major cake suppliers ! I will continue to use this place for my cakes from now on. The packaging was lovely with a hand written note! So lovely and so glad I found them!
