The Unsworth Group Practice bolton

Call system is an absolute joke, always takes more than 80/90 redials to get through to the surgery. Everytime when calling at 8am, never manage to get through so always have to resort to calling 111. I have been trying to get through since 8am this morning and still no joy 40 mins later, phone line cut me off 2 times saying surgery is now closed??!!! Majority of the staff who work on reception are rude and have no manners. Just use a queue system on the phone and maybe people wouldn't get so frustrated when trying to get through.

Thier online system is excellent and the receptionists have always been.very nice and helpful with me. I do agree ringing is a challenge and other than trying to get results I would always use the online system if you can. the doctors I have seen have been excellent as I would expect.

Very Good Practice. Receptionist are kind and helpful and GP we saw was exceptional. I visited last month with my Grandson who was very poorly and as a result of the Teams Brilliant Service he was accessed and referred to the Hospital and made a full recovery.

Best doctors on Captain Lees Road. Reception's a bit hit & miss. You seem to get either a dolphin or a bulldog. And the pharmacy's slow as owt. Other than that, 👌.

Terrible phone service. Can never get through as line always seems to be busy. I would much prefer to at least get through to a hold line so I know I'm in a queue rather than just having to keep ringing and ringing. Good job it's not an emergency why I'm ringing but they need to work out a fix for this.
